Community Development Director Carroll presented an eight-year financial model tied to the Constable's contract and a plan to repay the Solid Waste Fund start-up loan to the General Fund; this year's loan payment back to General Fund is $18,000 and a 4.5% franchise fee is modeled to start in FY29 with monthly base service increases projected through FY33.
Council did not take final action on WCVB budget items at the retreat; the WCVB will present its budget for approval in August.
