Council approves new custodial-services contract after vendor separation

Schrage and Adlich said temporary measures were used to maintain facilities between vendors, references were checked, and the company's employees will undergo background checks performed by the city police department. Council moved the bill to second reading and adopted it; the ordinance was recorded as No. 6038.
