England nominated Otting for president; that nomination passed in a roll-call vote with Otting recorded as abstaining and the motion carried by the remaining members. Nehrig nominated Waller for vice president and the motion carried by roll call. England nominated Fowler for treasurer (motion carried) and Nehrig nominated England for secretary (motion carried). The minutes record the individual roll-call responses and the motions as carried.
