Council approves minor plat for Miller Farm Estates lots 6-A and 7-A

Community Development Director Carroll presented Bill No. 07-03-2026, a minor plat to reconfigure internal lot lines for Miller Farm Estates Lots 6-A and 7-A at 902 and 908 PCA Road in an R-1 Single Family Residence District. Carroll said both existing single-family houses will comply with setback requirements under the new configuration and that Planning & Zoning recommended approval. Carroll noted a sewer easement was identified on Lot 7-A for a sewer lift station.
Council moved the bill to second reading; it was read a second time and adopted by unanimous roll call as Ordinance No. 6036.
