Johnston suggested exploring bank features tied to the Truist account or using services like Zelle as lower-cost options. Boone and Rollins noted some tenants may lack access to bank-based tools like Zelle.
After discussion, Chairman Arnold Brown proposed tabling the item for additional research. The board asked Ms. Boone and Mr. Johnston to gather alternatives and present options at the next meeting, and the item was tabled without a recorded final vote on purchase.
