The Daggett County Municipal Building Authority unanimously approved finance items at its Feb. 3 meeting, including an open invoice register for $61,599.00 and a disbursement summary for $15,927.40. Board Member Jack Lytle moved to approve the open invoice register dated Jan. 30, 2026 and Board Member Randy Asay seconded; the minutes record all three board members voting in favor. Lytle also moved to approve the disbursement summary dated Jan. 30, 2026; Asay seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The board also acknowledged receipt of the MBA Cash Summary dated Jan. 29, 2026 and the MBA Accounts Receivable Report after a motion by Lytle and a second from Asay. The minutes do not list itemized invoices or payees in the recorded text; the reports were provided to the board by the Recorder/Treasurer’s Office and the Open Invoice Register was provided by the Auditor’s Office, per the minutes. The meeting adjourned at 9:41 a.m.
