Board approves consent agenda, including YMCA Camp Storer trip and several donations

The Mason Consolidated Schools Board approved the consent agenda at its Dec. 3, 2025 meeting, which included approval of the Nov. 13, 2025 meeting minutes, closed session minutes, and the November 2025 check register. The consent agenda motion was made by Grodi and supported by Waller; the minutes record the motion carried 6-0.
As part of consent items, the board approved the annual YMCA Camp Storer 5th-grade trip in Brooklyn, Michigan, scheduled for Feb. 18–20, 2026. Donors recorded in the minutes to help offset trip costs were Karen and Tom Postal ($150), Randy Huber ($150) and "Bobbie's Staff" ($450), for a total of $750 noted in the minutes. DonorsChoose support was also noted for two standing desks requested by Chris Brandjord (one anonymous donor and a donor listed as Ripple).
