At a hearing on improvements to Drainage District No. 62 on April 14, Jacobson-Westergard engineer Collin Klingbeil presented the engineer’s report and a pre-classification report. Klingbeil said the estimated cost for the proposed improvements is $893,000 and reviewed a wetland-determination status map; objections were filed by Edward and Marilyn Noonan and Neil R. Dahlquist and the right of remonstrance was not met.
Following the presentation and public comment, Supervisor Ron Graettinger moved and Supervisor Roger Faulstick seconded a motion to accept the engineer’s report and direct the engineer to prepare right-of-way documentation and plans and specifications for a bid letting. Supervisor Craig Merrill recorded an abstention on the motion; the motion otherwise carried.
