The Palo Alto County Board of Supervisors on June 9, 2026 approved the official canvass of the June 2 primary election and entered the tally results on file in the Auditor’s Office. The motion to approve the canvass was made by Ron Graettinger and seconded by Roger Faulstick; the board recorded unanimous approval (Ayes: Faulstick, Merrill, Graettinger, Wirtz, Solberg).
The minutes list the nominees to appear on the November 3, 2026 general election ballot, including Keith Wirtz for Board of Supervisors District 1 (Republican), Craig Merrill for Board of Supervisors District 2 (Republican), Aaron Dietrich for Board of Supervisors District 5 (Republican), Linus J. Solberg for Board of Supervisors District 5 (Democratic), Robin Jamison for County Treasurer (Republican), Susan Ruppert for County Recorder (Republican), and Anne Quail for County Attorney (Republican).
