Board approves Dancy Estates street addition, signs stormwater agreement with VDOT

Paul Hinson, Assistant Resident Engineer with the Virginia Department of Transportation, presented the Dancy Estates street addition to the Board and explained the request and technical materials included in the packet. Following the presentation, the Board approved the street addition resolution upon motion of William D. Chavis, seconded by Dr. Mark E. Moore.
The Board also approved a stormwater agreement related to the project upon motion of Dr. Moore, seconded by Mr. Chavis; both motions passed unanimously. The votes were recorded AYES: Lee, Dooley, Moore, Chavis, Ebron-Bonner; NAYS: None. Details and technical documents were provided to the board and included in the meeting record.
