Museum of Culpeper History says more markers are planned, including an indigenous Manahoac site

Jay Harrison, the Museum of Culpeper History’s executive director, described the marker committee and volunteer crew that manage the marker program and said the museum is planning additional dedications. "Stay tuned for upcoming markers to be installed and dedicated this year, including the indigenous Manahoac of the Piedmont in Richardsville at the Rappahannock River Campground," Harrison said, and he thanked the committee chair Jim Bish and volunteers for their work.
The program has placed markers around the town and county; a town council liaison said markers include QR codes that let readers access expanded history and resources. Harrison described the marker initiative as the museum acting as the de facto historical society for Culpeper County and emphasized community collaboration and volunteer labor in identifying and installing sites.
