Board approves multiple contracts, appointments and capital items in consent votes

At its July 28 meeting the Town Board approved a long consent roster of resolutions by voice vote.
Notable approvals included Resolution 2026‑1099 (authorize renewal with Contruent LLC for procureware cloud hosting), Resolution 2026‑1101 (agreement with Source Pass Contemporary LLC for DHS document review), authorizations for engineering and shoreline work (no‑cost extension for Riverside Overlay conceptual design), contracts and bid awards for electrical and maintenance requirements, a renewal for Netrix security auditing tools and multiple appointments and retirements (including acceptance of retirements and appointment of maintenance and administrative staff). The board also authorized CPF public hearings for several property acquisitions across town and approved two walk-ons: Resolution 2026‑1162 (change orders 1–3 for Hampton Bays off‑street parking improvements with Deco Construction Inc.) and Resolution 2026‑1169 (warrant number 15 / capital item dated 07/28/2026); both passed by voice vote.
All consent items were approved as read; board members collectively recorded aye votes for the listed resolutions. The meeting then adjourned.
