Douglas County RLF board meets; enters closed session to consider Earth Rider application

The Douglas County Revolving Loan Fund Executive Board met April 2, 2025 in Room 207C at the courthouse in Superior. Alan Jaques called the meeting to order, and the minutes record board members present as Alan Jaques, Amy Tyson, Kaci Lundgren and Mark Hubbard; several others attended as well.
The board approved the minutes of the October 2, 2024 meeting on a motion by Amy Tyson, seconded by Mark Hubbard. Later in the agenda the board moved into closed session under Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(e) to discuss a loan request from Earth Rider; the roll call vote to enter closed session was recorded as all present voting yes. Open session reconvened at 2:21 p.m., and a loan approval motion was recorded and carried.
The meeting listed no future agenda items and adjourned at 2:24 p.m. The minutes were submitted by Kaci Jo Lundgren, Secretary.
