Douglas County RLF board meets, moves into closed session on two loan requests

The Douglas County Revolving Loan Fund, Inc. Board of Directors met April 2, 2025, in Room 207C at the courthouse in Superior. Alan Jaques called the meeting to order; eight board members were listed as present and three additional participants attended. The board approved the minutes of its Dec. 4, 2024, meeting by motion of Mark Liebaert with a second from Andrew Perfetti.
The board voted to adjourn the open session and convene in closed session under Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(e) to discuss loan requests for Arco Coffee and Zia Properties; a roll call vote was taken and the record states all present voted yes. Open session was adjourned at 1:54 p.m. and reconvened at 1:57 p.m. The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn at 1:59 p.m.
