Immediately after, the Board again entered executive session at 2:00 P.M. to consult with Andy Lester as legal counsel under the same statutory authority and reconvened at 2:59 P.M., again reporting no actions or decisions.
Both executive-session motions carried by unanimous recorded votes. The Board adjourned at 2:59 P.M.
