At the Feb. 10 meeting the Board approved a proclamation recognizing agriculture as an important contributor to the state and acknowledged the Cleveland County Farm Bureau's service since 1942. Commissioner Rusty Grissom moved the proclamation with a second from Jacob McHughes; the measure passed 3–0.
The Board also adopted a resolution establishing the 2025 Cleveland County Employee Weight Loss Health Challenge after a motion by Rusty Grissom and second from Jacob McHughes; the resolution passed unanimously. Commissioners welcomed University of Oklahoma journalism students in attendance and recorded no public comments during the meeting.
