Cleveland County commissioners approved a set of Health Department agreements on Feb. 20 covering temporary staffing and instructor services. Under statewide contract SW1032, Amergis Healthcare Services will provide customer-service representatives Rene Fortini and Taylor Gilbert at $40 per hour ($60 per overtime hour); mileage is set at $0.70 per mile or current GSA rate where specified. The contracts are effective Feb. 19/24, 2025 through June 30, 2025 as listed in the agenda.
The board also approved independent-contractor agreements for classes at The Well and the Cleveland County Wellness Square: Ariel Anglin for gymnastics/tumbling ($30 per class), Matthew Collier for mindfulness and coaching ($30 per hour), and an instructor agreement for Eri Kyuragi (payment $250 per class through ARPA Project #2.013 for Youth Wellness). The Health Department director was listed among attendees; the minutes show these contracts were approved as part of the consent docket without recorded dissent.
The minutes do not include instructor bios or expected class enrollment; follow-up scheduling and program outreach are to be managed by the Health Department.
