Commissioners approve consent docket including copier sale, records-scanning amendment and equipment surplus

The consent approvals included a Standley Systems cash sale for one Ricoh IM C4510 copier for $9,014.07 and a separate maintenance agreement charging $0.008 per black-and-white copy and $0.045 per color copy; a Tyler Technologies annual license fee of $9,300.00; and a Kofile Technologies, Inc. amendment estimated at $55,145.25 to scan 14 additional marriage license books. The Board also recorded a Resolution for Declaration of Surplus for a color desktop scanner listed as junked and accepted routine renewals and lease amendments, such as a Data Works fingerprinting service renewal for $505.00 annually and a Quadient mail machine lease amendment at $12.00 per month.
The motion to approve the consent items was made by Commissioner Jacob McHughes and seconded by Commissioner Rusty Grissom. The vote was recorded as Rod Cleveland, yes; Jacob McHughes, yes; Rusty Grissom, yes. No public comments were recorded on these items.
