Separately, the commission approved a motion to surplus the county's remaining porta potties via sealed bids. Commissioner Lytle moved to surplus the units and Commissioner Asay seconded; the motion carried. The actions transfer one unit for emergency use and initiate the surplus process for others via sealed-bid sale.
