Chisago County Park Board approves agenda and minutes; receives Swedish Immigrant Regional Trail updates

Park Director Joseph Tart gave the board updates on the Swedish Immigrant Regional Trail (SIRT), including progress and vendor selections for Segment D and permitting steps for Segment E. The board also received briefings on the Checkerboard Park dog park opening, native pollinator plantings across three sites, website edits, and operations updates such as traffic-counter data and recent security upgrades at maintenance facilities. The meeting adjourned at 4:04 p.m., following a motion by Jessica Bergan that carried unanimously.
