The consent agenda recorded an elevator maintenance agreement with American Elevator Solutions for both courthouse elevators (effective July 1, 2025–June 30, 2026) at $862.00 per month, and a Ricoh printer/copy rental for the Comanche County Health Department at $842.11 per month (Jan. 19–June 30, 2026). It also included a rental of a RM 500B reclaimer/stabilizer from Warren Cat for District 3 at a monthly amount of $24,360 plus an environmental fee of $487.20 for an estimated period of Feb. 2–March 2, 2026. The board approved the package unanimously.
The minutes show the REAP contract effective date as Jan. 7, 2026 and specify that the $75,000 grant is intended to restore roadways in the Lake Ellsworth Addition. The board did not record additional public comment or alternative bids during the consent-agenda vote.
