"Powers moved to approve the acceptance of the minutes of January 12, 2026," a motion that Ryan John seconded; Powers, John and Owens voted aye and the motion carried. With no new business to consider, John moved to adjourn and Powers seconded; the vote to adjourn was unanimous.
The session included routine reports and approvals and closed without further action.
