At their March 2, 2026 regular meeting in Guthrie the Logan County Board of Commissioners approved the Feb. 27 minutes, adopted a consent agenda of routine transfers and purchase orders, and adjourned to meet again on March 13, 2026.
The Logan County Board of Commissioners convened in regular session March 2, 2026 in Guthrie and quickly moved through routine business. Commissioners Monty Piearcy, Mark Sharpton and Floyd Coffman were present; County Clerk Troy Cole recorded that the agenda had been posted Feb. 26, 2025 at the courthouse, annex and online.
The board voted to approve minutes of the Feb. 27, 2026 meeting after Floyd Coffman moved and Mark Sharpton seconded the motion; the vote was recorded Piearcy–AYE, Sharpton–AYE and Coffman–AYE. The Consent Agenda — covering transfers of appropriations related to FY2025–2026 (see pages 35–156-TR) and blanket purchase orders #263980–#263981 for repairs, parts and supplies — was approved on a motion by Monty Piearcy and second by Floyd Coffman, with all three commissioners voting AYE.
With no additional comments from commissioners or department heads, Mark Sharpton moved to adjourn; the motion, seconded by Monty Piearcy, carried unanimously. The board scheduled its next regular meeting for 9:00 A.M. on March 13, 2026.
