The Logan County Board unanimously approved a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) involving the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma, the Federal Highway Administration and the Oklahoma State Historic Preservation Office for replacement of the bridge on Peebly Road (NBI #03139) over Bear Creek in District 2.
Commissioner Floyd Coffman moved for approval and Commissioner Mark Sharpton seconded; the board recorded unanimous ayes. The MoA coordinates county, tribal, federal and state historic-preservation interests for the bridge replacement process.
