Chief Berry returned to a long-discussed Town Hall parking-lot project and asked to reduce the original, more elaborate scope to lower cost. Council members raised ADA compliance, curb construction, parking spaces and lighting as priorities and asked Berry to obtain fresh quotes for a reduced scope of work.
Mayor Wallace asked Chief Berry to bring the revised estimates back to Council for consideration; no contractor or funding action was taken at the March 26 meeting.
