The Winona County Board of Adjustment elected Jordan Potter as chair and Kelsey Fitzgerald as vice chair during its March 19, 2026 meeting at Planning & Environmental Services in Winona. The actions were approved by voice vote recorded in the minutes as "Yes - All."
The votes followed nominations from Board members; Ed Walsh nominated Potter for chair and Ed Walsh nominated Fitzgerald for vice chair. The Board also approved the meeting agenda and the minutes of the Dec. 18, 2025 meeting at the start of the session. The meeting was called to order by Planning & Environmental Services Director Ross Dunsmoor at 1:00 p.m. and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Board leadership will carry responsibility for presiding over hearings and coordinating with county staff on scheduling and petition intake. The actions were procedural and taken by unanimous voice votes; no dissent was recorded.
