The Winona County Planning Commission elected Eugene Hansen as chair at its March 19 meeting and selected Jordan Potter as vice chair during the organization portion of the session. The commission also approved the meeting agenda and the minutes from the December 18, 2025 meeting.
Members listed as present included Hansen, Lewis Reiman, Jordan Potter, Jon Nicholson, Steven Holm, Shepdale Austad, Everett Rolfing and Marcia Ward; Mike Miller was absent. Election actions were taken by motion and voice vote; the minutes record that Eugene Hansen was elected chair and Jordan Potter was elected vice chair. The agenda and the December 18, 2025 minutes were approved by unanimous vote.
