Ms. Heather Conlon moved to approve the six‑month financial review; Ms. Susan Bachmeier seconded and the board unanimously approved the motion. Mr. Chad Shore presented the bad‑debt write‑off totaling $4,424.80 for the prior six months and said the amount was down roughly $1,000 from the prior period. Ms. Martha Brame moved to approve the write‑off, seconded by Dr. Keaton Mash; the motion passed unanimously. The department noted a policy that patients with written‑off balances must pay 25% of that balance before receiving further services.
