Williams also outlined findings from targeted chart audits—some programs showed isolated non‑compliance points in documentation, newborn lab linkage, and prenatal/postpartum contacts. Environmental Health reported it is on a plan to achieve 100% completion of required inspections by June 30, 2026. The report noted that several data elements are preliminary and subject to internal review and HRSA reconciliation.
