The report cites statutory authority for local CFPTs under North Carolina law (G.S. 7B‑1408 and G.S. 7B‑1410) and emphasized confidentiality requirements for case discussion and reporting. The CFPT requested that the report be forwarded to both the Wilkes County Board of Health and the Wilkes County Board of Commissioners for awareness and any follow‑up action.
