Commissioners approve regional library appointment; library to host re‑entry simulation March 26

The event, funded by the Wilkes Health Foundation and partnered with Homestead Recovery and R3 Recovery Revolution, will include a presentation by Jeff Walker of R3, who works with individuals in the county jail to prepare them for re‑entry. Chatham described the program as an opportunity to show the community supports available to returning citizens and to encourage local leaders’ attendance.
