I-64 Industrial Park lots sold; Northlake II Building D under construction and preleased, EDA hears

Secretary Brandon Turner told the EDA that all lots at the I-64 Industrial Park have been sold, noting five of the lots are in Hanover and the remainder are in Goochland. He also reported that construction is underway on Building D at Northlake II Industrial Park and that a company has announced it will lease the entire building.
Turner additionally reported that Project Onyx has eliminated all Virginia sites from consideration. The updates were presented as routine project activity; no formal votes or commitments were recorded at the Jan. 14 meeting.
