Mayor Johann Wallace closed the March 21 public hearing after compiling resident suggestions and directing SEAGO to record them for a formal project list. William Osborne said the hearing record will be used to prepare the application materials and advised that the council does not have to select the final project at this session.
The only formal action recorded in the minutes was a motion by Mayor Wallace to adjourn, seconded by Councilmember Christy Hirshberg; the motion passed unanimously. The council is expected to review SEAGO’s compiled project list and consider a resolution to authorize a regional account application or to pursue SSP funding for planning and design work.
