Henderson Family Trust; adopted the Winona County Abatement Policy; awarded a bid for two dump box and snowplow packages to Universal Truck Equipment Inc.; and awarded and approved a 2027–2031 recycling collection services contract to Harter's Quick Clean Up. The consent motion was moved by Commissioner Josh Elsing and seconded by Commissioner Greg Olson; vote: Yes – 5.
The meeting packet also included a disbursement report for 06/12/2026–06/30/2026 showing totals by fund and a grand total of $1,096,491.43; 135 vendors were paid less than $2,000 totaling $72,420.95. The consent motion as recorded included confirmation of payment of those disbursements.
