County assessor reports 'Solutions' vendor failures; Board will seek alternatives

Schmidt said she will contact alternative vendors, including Tyler Technologies and ReGov, and departments were asked to compile a list of issues to support a formal letter to Solutions.
Supervisors discussed next steps and agreed the Board should draft and send a letter outlining the county's concerns and that staff should begin reviewing other vendor options. No procurement decision was made at the Jan. 20 meeting; the record shows a plan to gather documentation and vendor proposals before any contract change.
