Commissioners enter executive session on litigation, return with no action, then approve settlement in BWC case

The Board approved adding the item and then approved the terms of a Final Settlement Agreement and Release of Claims as related to Clermont County Common Pleas Case No. 2025 CVD 00241 (BWC Claim No. 18-189042, Paschal J. Lanigan, III v. Stephanie McCloud et al.). The Board authorized the Clermont County Prosecutor, as legal counsel, to execute the Release and Entry of Dismissal on behalf of the Board.
