County signs lease for Milford Auto Title location at Milford Shopping Center

The Board authorized a Retail Lease Agreement with Toebben, LTD for office space at Milford Shopping Center to house the Milford Auto Title location.
Terms recorded in the meeting minutes state the rate is $1,366.73 per month plus an operating cost of $334.12 per month, effective Aug. 1, 2025 through July 31, 2028, and contingent upon receipt of the required purchase order. The lease was authorized by Commissioner Batchler as part of the consent agenda.
The authorization permits execution of the agreement and counsels compliance with the contract terms and county purchasing rules; the board did not receive public comment on the lease during the session.
