Commissioners extend Luminaut contract for facilities master plan to December 2025

The Clermont County Board of Commissioners executed Amendment Number 2 on June 18 to extend the professional services agreement with Luminaut, Inc. for development of a Facilities Master Plan. The amendment extends the contract 181 days through December 20, 2025.
Assistant County Administrator Ralph Linne briefed the Board, saying the extension is for additional information and re-evaluations and that “no cost is included unless requested.” The Board approved the amendment and recorded a unanimous vote.
The amendment allows the county to continue the master-planning process without immediately incurring new consultant costs unless additional services are later requested and approved under the extended terms.
