Clermont County seeks affordable housing consultants for Veterans Village project in Felicity

On June 18 the Clermont County Board of Commissioners approved a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) solicitation for as-needed affordable housing consultant services to support the development of Veterans Village in Felicity, Ohio. Statements of Qualifications will be accepted until 2:00 PM local time on Thursday, July 17, 2025, and will be publicly opened and read in the Board’s office.
The Board directed the Clerk to publish legal notice for two weeks beginning June 26, 2025, and to post the notice on the County’s website under Legal Notices. The RFQ is intended to identify consultant firms able to assist with affordable housing planning and development work specific to Veterans Village; the action was approved unanimously as recorded in the journal.
