The hearing record indicates one citizen was sworn and testified before the board.
The board added the name‑change resolution to the regular session agenda and adopted Resolution Number 095‑25, finding good cause under Section 5541.04 of the Ohio Revised Code and determining the change would not be detrimental to the public interest. The motion passed by roll call (Corcoran Yes; Batchler Yes; Painter Absent).
