Tony Davis, identified as Woolpert Senior Aviation Planner/Project Manager, and Dave Wall, Woolpert Program Director for Aviation Design, outlined the scope of the proposed master plan and its objectives for the county airport. The presentation followed a recognition ceremony in which the Board and County Prosecutor Mark Tekulve presented a Certificate of Recognition to Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Thomas Flessa for 38 years of service.
The presentation was recorded as part of the public meeting and is available on the county's public video playlist. The Board did not take immediate action on the master plan at the July 23 session; staff and consultants will follow up with further materials as the planning process continues.
