The Clermont County Board voted July 16 to adopt Resolution 104-25, authorizing placement of a five‑year renewal levy of 0.75 mill (seven and one-half cents per $100 valuation) on the November 4, 2025 general election ballot to provide or maintain alcohol, drug addiction and mental health services.
Board discussion noted that this measure is a renewal only. The resolution was adopted by roll call with Commissioners Corcoran, Batchler and Painter all voting Yes. The resolution cites Ohio Revised Code Sections 5705.221(A) and 5705.25 for the statutory authority to place the renewal on the ballot.
