The meeting record contains a Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement and a Limited Warranty Deed describing the two tracts and stating a purchase price of $50,000. The documents identify standard closing mechanics, exemptions for 2026 taxes and an option for the buyer to transfer deposit funds at closing.
County Clerk Lisa Bickel certified the minutes and the commission recorded the unanimous vote. The deed and purchase agreement are included in the meeting record and list standard exceptions and exhibits describing legal boundaries, easements, and conveyance language. The agreement also lists two small items of excluded personal property (a mobile home and signage) the seller agreed to remove after closing.
The board’s acceptance of the offer was presented as a routine real-estate action on the consent portion of the agenda; commissioners did not discuss a sale price on the record during debate, and no additional conditions were added at the time of the vote. According to the meeting minutes package, the county will proceed with deed and title steps consistent with the attached documents.
