At the July 28 work session County Manager Thomas Weaver reported two bids for the Friendship Road project—Oxford at $358,750 and Robinson Paving at $389,118.85—and asked the Commission to add the recommendation to the Aug. 5 regular meeting agenda for a formal vote. Weaver also asked to add a Board of Health appointment (Alison Wigand), a New Horizons reappointment (April Hughes), a 4-H annual agreement already in budget, and a SEID trail grant signature to the next regular meeting agenda.
Weaver said auditors were on site and staff expect comprehensive financial statements within roughly two weeks, and he thanked clerk staff for assistance. Commissioners agreed to move the listed items to the August 5 agenda for formal action.
