At the July 1 regular meeting the Commission voted to table a proposed FLOST resolution until the county runs the required legal advertisement and schedules the two required readings. Vice-Chairman Timothy Biddle moved to table and Commissioner Gerald Douglas seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
Commissioners directed staff to ensure a three-week advertising window and spacing between readings as required by procedure before reconsideration. The matter will return to the Commission agenda after the advertisement and readings are completed.
