Chagrin Falls Council unanimously adopts Alternative Tax Budget for fiscal year 2027

At its July 13 meeting the Village Council voted unanimously to adopt Resolution No. 2026-44, "A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CHAGRIN FALLS ALTERNATIVE TAX BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2027, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Council member Mary Grube moved to suspend the rules for the resolution, and the motion carried on a unanimous roll call. Grube then moved to adopt the resolution and Council approved it with all members voting aye.
Roll call in the minutes lists the ayes as DeBernardo, Drum, Fossaceca, Grube, Rockey, Rogoff and Spremulli; there were no nays. The resolution was introduced by the Admin & Finance Committee and taken up on first reading the same evening; no further amendments or debate were recorded in the minutes.
