Council confronts downtown paving delays after tack coat tracked across village

Council member Rockey expressed pointed frustration with the contractor's handling. Jamieson said the village "had registered its dissatisfaction with the contractor and would seek restoration of all affected areas," and the administration expected the contractor's foreman on-site to evaluate damage and recommend remediation; a sand application was planned to reduce ongoing tracking.
