Chair Amy Oakes proposed assignments for subcommittees and standing‑committee liaisons and asked the committee for agreement before calling for a motion. She described roles and recommended who would serve: “When I think about Mark, Mark, I think you were on our policy committee last year, and I wonder if you might like to continue. And then, Jess, I wonder if you'd be interested in joining and taking that over,” Oakes said, and she nominated Nicole Altieri for wellness and Tammy Teitelbaum as select‑board liaison.
Mark Lorenz moved to approve the assignments and the motion was seconded; the committee approved the proposal by voice vote. The chair summarized the liaisons and expectations: Mark Lorenz will serve as board of health liaison, Nicole Altieri will remain the wellness representative, Jessica DeLisi will continue on communications and advocacy with Tammy joining, and Amy Oakes will serve as the finance committee liaison. No dissents were recorded.
