Goodhue said 43 stipends remain stable, 63 received increases (some minimal), and five roles had reduced funding. "The cost is $29,051 in added cost to the budget if we post and fill every single one of these positions," she said.
Goodhue also described adjustments to curriculum coordinator pay (a modest increase) and said principals can create and fund new clubs within the tier structure if funding is available. She reported the RTA membership ratified the appendix with 90% in favor. After questions from committee members about how athletic tiers were determined and how the appendix ties into regular step and level increases, the committee moved and approved the updated Appendix A by voice vote.
