District staff demonstrated Analytic View, a data platform that aggregates student information (Aspen roster data, assessment results including MCAS, AP, SAT and attendance) into role‑specific dashboards and a student profile page. Presenters emphasized filters and drill‑downs to identify chronically absent students and to triangulate indicators for MTSS planning.
Staff said the platform supports role‑based privacy controls so teachers and administrators only see data they are authorized to access. They described an MTSS module, attendance dashboard and the ability to assign reports and questions to drive intervention planning. A presenter noted the system is already being piloted in pockets of the district and that PD will be provided: "We meet with this company every single Tuesday morning," the presenter said, explaining iterative dashboard development and plans for faculty PD.
Committee members asked about data accuracy, IEP integration and the system administrator role. Staff said some integrations (e.g., IEP systems) require careful syncing and that the system administrator (named in discussion) will coordinate CSV pulls and data sharing agreements. Staff emphasized the platform is meant to make previously dispersed data actionable for instruction and intervention.
